I have clocked about 10+ hours on the EASG servers so far. My ping is 4 (that’s four milliseconds. Some IC’s have longer rise-times) on average, and peak out at 100 on bad days. I am learning to pop a few people, and am getting into the teamwork spirit of things. I have a decent number of points each round, which should put me comfortably on the fast track toward my first rank… BUT they refuse to show up on BFHQ. I am playing on an official Singaporean EA server… I demand better!

What’s your username? I’ll try to look it up on bf2tracker and see if I can see it.
I’ve experienced the BFHQ problem before; it just takes a lot of login / logouts to see any stats. Your first rank should take 150 points, so if you clocked 10 hours and didn’t c4 your own fully-loaded blackhawk, you should be *there* already.
Any explanation is that erm there have been errors wrt the SpecFor expansion and that some players can’t get updated stats (bf2tracker news). So it might just be a stats glitch; your points should stilll be there, officially recorded.
Btw you will get your first weapon unlock at LCP, ie 500 points. Apparently if you’re a PTE or PFC regular weapons are good enough for you. :)
If you want to eliminate the possibility of ’server fucked up’, how about trying a game on aussie servers? The difference is like SG TFC and AU TFC — less laming, more proing. Let’s cheong ah ;)
BF2stats.com can only track online players leh, searched my own username and I don’t see any accumulated stats, only stats if I’m online on a server.

heh heh.. you have no idea how many spam messages it has stopped, so it’s staying for now. If you registered (link in the top right corner) you’d never have to deal with it again as long as you’re logged in.

I tried looking for your username in bf2tracker — you don’t exist!! What maps have you been playing so far? SpecFor maps or regular maps?

I am waiting for EA/DICE/IGN to release the public XML feed that bf2s.com, bf2tracker.com and other sites are using. Until that happens all I can offer is the ability to locate while they are playing.
