Man hangs himself live on webcam
Kevin Whitrick, 42, and father of 12-year-old twins was feeling depressed after a series of misfortunes in his life. One night, in front of about 50 people in an online chatroom, he announced plans to kill himself. Thinking he was play acting, some users egged him on, while others pleaded for him to stop.
By the time the police showed up at his door, Kevin was already dead.
